How do I get started?
Book a free initial consultation. We’ll meet at your site or our office, discuss your vision and budget, and provide preliminary guidance on feasibility. From there, if it makes sense for both of us, we’ll move forward with a formal Feasibility Study. No obligation, no pressure.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We address issues immediately and communicate openly. Our comprehensive warranty and scheduled follow-ups (30-day, 6-month, and 1-year) ensure any concerns are handled promptly and professionally. We’re not satisfied until you’re satisfied.
How do you ensure quality?
We build beyond code minimum, use proven materials and methods, and personally oversee every trade. Our project managers inspect work at each phase. JobTread project management provides daily documentation and photo logs. We conduct a thorough walkthrough together before you move in, and our scheduled follow-ups ensure any concerns are handled promptly.
What size projects do you take on?
We build everything from major renovations to fully custom homes. If it requires quality craftsmanship and personal attention, we’re interested. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss whether your project is a good fit for our process.
Do you build outside your service area?
We focus primarily on a 40-mile radius around Rosenort, including Southern Winnipeg. This keeps us close to our projects and allows us to respond quickly. For projects outside this area, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
