First Contact

Design Discovery

In this phase, you’ll meet with our designer to share your ideas and dreams for your home. Together, we’ll start turning your vision into a cohesive design plan.

Blueprints

This is the first step in transforming your dreams into reality. We’ll create detailed blueprints that serve as the foundation for your future home.

Selections

Here’s where your home truly starts to come to life. From faucets and flooring, to cabinets, lighting, and paint - you’ll make key design decisions to personalize every detail.

Build Plan

At the end of the Pre-Construction phase, you’ll receive a comprehensive Build Plan that includes the scope of work, blueprints, selections, budgets, and timelines. With all decisions finalized, it’s time to prepare for the exciting next step.

Break Ground

This is where your vision begins to take shape. With careful planning and preparation behind us, construction officially begins, bringing your dream home to life.
