From there, we move into preliminary design and blueprint development. As your plans take shape, we guide you through detailed budgeting, helping you understand options while keeping you in the driver’s seat. Once selections are finalized, we prepare your Build Plan — a comprehensive package that includes your full scope of work, construction budget, timeline, selections, and final blueprints. Once you enter preconstruction, you’ll be supported by our design and estimating team as we develop your plans, budget, and selections. When construction begins, your Project Manager and Site Manager take the lead onsite, coordinating our crew and trade partners. Our design team stays involved with routine check-ins throughout the build to ensure your original vision is coming to life just as planned. From start to finish, we prioritize clear handoffs, proactive communication, and a seamless client experience.
